Day 26 Two in One

Two rides today! Opposite ends of the day, but good to be out in the air and get my head cleared.

Today I read the interview with the cyclist, Lance Armstrong. I remember when the story broke that Lance had been taking drugs to enhance his performance and was subsequently stripped of his titles and suffered at the hands of the media and the global shame at his behaviour. It was a truly sad situation on so many levels.

In his interview he is quoted as saying, ‘I’d change the man, not the decision to cheat’. It’s just a thought but maybe a decision to change the man and also the decision to cheat would better!
